Términos y Condiciones de Uso

General:
- Me reservo el derecho a rechazar el encargo.
- Trabajo con métodos por vacantes (es decir, 1 vacante por cliente), por lo tanto tenga en cuenta de que trabajo por ese orden (a no ser de que se me haya notificado con antelación de alguna fecha límite de entrega).
- No tengo problema en realizar varios encargos por vacante, sin embargo debería notificarme con antelación si van a ser más de 4 encargos diferentes por cuestiones de organización y disponibilidad.
- Sólo trabajo con mi propio estilo y no acepto peticiones de simulación de otros estilos.
- No creo ni distribuyo encargos para NFTs. Si llega a ver mi trabajo en venta como tal, por favor contacte conmigo.Tiempos:
- Por favor siempre avíseme con antelación si necesita tener el encargo(s) en alguna fecha límite; se agradecería de notificarme expresamente ni bien se contacte conmigo.
- Suelo tardar de semanas a máximo 3 meses en entregar una pieza. Esto depende de las circunstancias; por ejemplo si se tratase de una pieza más compleja y detallada y necesito respuesta/aprobación de la misma durante el proceso, no adelantaré el trabajo hasta que reciba respuesta, etc.
- Siéntese libre de pedirme cualquier tipo de novedad en su trabajo las veces que necesite, jamás será molestia!Contact:

- Please ALWAYS provide as many reference images as you can. Descriptions are okay too, but ask first to see if I can work on it. If a description is provided, try to be as detailed as possible.
- If you have any other details in mind, as in pose, expression, clothing, etc. and they are not specified in your references, please let me know beforehand.
- Once you contact me and I reply agreeing to your commission, I will need a contact email (for sending the final files, and in case you are not active through social media), any social media you use (in case you contact me through email) and your Paypal address for invoicing.
- If you have a certain deadline for your commission, please let me know as soon as you contact me. If the deadline is immediate (eg: same day, next day–within 3 days of contacting me) you will have an extra charge of $20 USD or more depending on the type of commission.
- Feel free to contact me anytime, don’t be afraid to ask me any questions you may have!

Payment:
- I will send an invoice to your Paypal account. This is the only form of payment.
- I charge only in USD.
- Invoices will always have the option to pay in halves. However, once the sketch is done, I will expect the rest of the payment. Otherwise I won’t continue working on your commission.
- Paypal fees are included in the invoice.
- NEVER SEND ME YOUR PAYMENT AS A GIFT/FAMILY OR FRIEND OPTION THROUGH PAYPAL.
- ...Although if you are super happy with your commission once it is done, you can send me a tip as a gift if desired!
- Unfortunately, there is no place for refunds, unless I suggest it so. If I place a refund, I will only refund the amount according to what process has already been made; eg: if I have already done a sketch, I'll refund 10% off the original price, and so on.Process:
- I only start working on a commission once I get at least half payment upfront.
- You will then receive a sketch, and during this stage you can point out details I missed, things I should fix etc. Biggest changes are only done through this stage.
- You can always ask for an update. I will send screenshots of your commission if necessary.
- I will not make bigger changes once I start coloring. Details can be added, but nothing major. For more information please ask me.
- Once the commission is done, I will show you the final product to ask for approval and any kind of final touches, then I will finally send the HQ files to your email.
- If you're going to use it anywhere (for personal use) please credit me!
- For any commercial use, please inform me beforehand for cotization.

Terms of Service

General:
- I only accept commission requests through form submissions and e-mail.
- I have full right to decline your commission.
- I work by opening commissions and fulling slots (1 slot = 1 client), so please be aware that I might take a little while to complete your commission (unless you have declared a deadline beforehand).
- I usually don't mind being asked various commissions at once per client, but if it's more than 4 commissions please let me know.
- I will only work in my own art style, and will not emulate any other style.
- I don’t and I will not create or distribute my work as NFTs. Please, if you notice my art being stolen, notify me.Time:

- The time I take on completion of a commission can vary. This depends on the circumstances; for example if it's a more detailed piece and I contact you for an update and approval, I will not continue on the piece until I'm replied, the placement of your commission in the queue etc.
